Boasting now nearly 20 years of experience, the Clinton Alford Insurance Agency was started in 2014 in Hesperia, CA. After working on his own, Clint soon brought on Grisly, and after 3 years of just those two, they began to bring on new employees and quickly grew to what we are today.
We serve our policies in house and provide customer service, where most agencies write policies and send their clients off for customer service at an obscure 1-800 number.
We feel customer care is our top priority, and we pride ourselves on a personal feel every time you call our office.
Despite being born and raised in California, agency-owner Clint’s family’s Ohio-bred hospitality shines through his work. After coaching football for 14 years, he prefers to occupy himself through hiking and camping and intends to spend his retirement training German Shepherds.
After migrating to the USA from Mexico at 15 years old, manager Grisly has represented herself and any company she works for with aplomb. When she isn’t going camping with her family, she loves to go to the beach and do yoga and is always the first to grab the microphone on karaoke night.
From Baldwin Park, Kim is an insurance agent fluent in both English and Spanish. She loves to read and listen to music of any genre and has, since she was 3 years old, always had an undying love for Phantom of the Opera. All of her leisurely hobbies are done accompanied by her two adopted guinea pigs.

Originally from Troy, Ohio, Gunnar is the team’s web developer and marketing director. When he’s not spending time with his wife and newborn daughter, he’s adventuring in Minecraft and training to become a Pokemon World Champion.

Dillon grew up all over Orange County and is now our newest insurance agent with a long history in customer care and sales. When he’s not working, he spends his time trying new video games; playing with his 4 cats: Carl, Maze, Smokey, and Stein; and saving to one day realize a long time dream of owning a riding lawnmower.
After moving to the High Desert from L.A., Victor has quickly become the most experienced customer service representative. He enjoys drawing pop culture icons, singing, and video editing as well as spending time with his two dogs: Kai and Penny.
A Texas/Louisiana native, Eric moved to California in 2000 and is an insurance agent specializing in Commercial insurance. Despite being 6’7″ with a long history of martial arts, Eric admits to having a fear of crocodiles as intense as his love for The Notebook.
